I finally got an indiect way to solve it. Turn off PM notifacation in all members by phpMyAdmin, then this mod works. :o :roll:

Any idea what this error means?
Warning: (null)() [ref.outcontrol]: output handler 'ob_gzhandler' cannot be used twice in Unknown on line 0


That message appears at the very bottom when I click on Mass PM. Everything is displayed correctly though. I can send the mass PM just fine...just that message.

I'm using 2.0.4...with the fix that you provided!

Please help!

Do you have gzip enabled? I assume you do, turn it off and tell me if you still have the problem.

When i disabled gzip, that message dissapeared.

What can i do, eliminate that Warning and still have gzip enabled?

It's not possible this warning is a bug of php not a bug of phpbb.

Has anyone got this working on 2.06?

Does the authoer think that it would install & work on 2.06?

And have the changes mentioned in various posts above been implemented in the download (providing they are the right ones) ??

Excuse me for a stupid question, but the announcement thread states that MODs here should not be used on live sites, whereas from the comments in here people do seem to be.

Or is there another approved mass PM MOD which is approved and will work with 2.08? as the posts in this thread seem very old.

Was about to ask the same thing! have been using neils mass mod, but sometimes it times out during mass pm.

So will this work with 2.0.6 ?

It's not possible this warning is a bug of php not a bug of phpbb.
