Yes, it was the whitespaces at the end of a few lines
even if that is true, following the instructions will not remove them.

Why now, when I type my login, forum always redirecting me on index? Before, if I was in topic, forum redirected me on this topic after login.

because you can't see the spaces in the instructons . therefore, if you copy and paste only the new text over only the old text it will only replace the actual text and not the spaces before it or after it.

I have a heavily modified board, so I want to see the changed files first before I run "Automatic Updater". In the Changed Files instructions, it says:
4.ii. Changed files only
...
This package contains a number of archives, each contains the files changed from a given release to the latest version. You should select the appropriate archive for your current version, e.g. if you currently have 3.0.5 you should select the phpBB-3.0.6_to_3.0.7.zip/tar.gz file.
Is the part I bolded an error? If I currently have 3.0.6, shouldn't I select the phpBB-3.0.6_to_3.0.7 file? Or should I use the phpBB-3.0.7-RC1_to_3.0.7 file?

If you are currently using 3.0.6, use phpBB-3.0.6_to_3.0.7.

The 3.0.6 to 3.0.7 upgrade includes changes to the Styles Prosilver and Subsilver. How do I upgade Prosilver Special Edition? I'd prefer not to revert back to Prosilver.

The proSilver instructions will most likely do, although as stated before this topic is not for support. Please post any style related questions in the release topic of that style.

First of all the STK isn't related to the phpBB release, hence is this the wrong place to ask ;). You can find your answer on the STK page of the website.
