As was announced back in April 2008, support for phpBB 2.0.x ended on January 1st, 2009. phpBB2 Support is limited to help with converting to phpBB3 only.

If you wish to continue using phpBB2, a number of third party support sites have recently gone live. You can find these by using your favorite search engine.
Please note that the support you receive on these sites is entirely separate from phpBB.com and you should keep that in mind when following their advice.
You may also search the archived forums at this site to look for something that may answer your question.

As has been said, we don't provide phpBB2 support anymore - apart from assisting with upgrading to phpBB3 :)
