Vertical Sub Forums

Post by mygamebirds » Sat May 01, 2010 6:19 pm

I've searched all over the net and forum, but can't find any solutions. I found a few thread, but it shows how to show/list subforms and I know that already.

But I want to list my sub-forums vertically from the parent forum. Not horizontally, because it starts to look like a description rather sub-forums.

ie.

House (Parent Forum)
The home you live in
Bathroom (Sub Forum)
Bedroom (Sub Forum)
Kitchen (Sub Forum)
Living Room (Sub Forum)

Now, it's listed as:

House
The home you live in.
sub forums: Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Room

Anybody got any clue? I don't want to expand every single forum. It'll make an easy looking site to a an advertising site with no ever ending, just only specific parent forums that has high traffic.

Thank you.

If you look at the forums, the sub-forums are listed right below the description horizontally listed.

If I can list it vertically like a file structure, that would be very easy navigation and to read.

Thanks.

Ah, I know what you mean.

First The Top Forum link and then the rest with a bullet or something and the next subforum under the other

Top Forum
• Home
• Living Room
• Something else
• Bla and so on

I saw this already on an another board. Well it would need, that everytime then a subboard would be added that an <br/> would be added after.
Multilanguage TimeSplitters Site

If you need support, I suggest you to use the Support Request Template for your questions on this board. If you have some serious problems, the Support Toolkit can fix it (depends on the problem).

Yes, I think you're right, is that what you want? I can't try it tonight but if your not sorted by the time I check back tomorrow I'll post the changes for you.

Maybe someone else will give you the answer before then :D
