Not based from any exist styles, that's clean coding more than Prosilver and SEO friendly

but if it is Not based on prosilver or subsilver, how can we install mods on it .. which instructions should we follow ?

NiceSimple use structure template file like Prosilver/Subsilver ( overall_header.html, viewtopic_body.html...etc... )
However you need HTML unknown to edit or install mod on it, because the NC was completely new coding, source optimization and SEO friendly.
Or maybe I'll open a forum to support the use it
