At the moment, the member list when sorted by rank in decending order, my Director of Creativity and Global Moderator are displaying higher than me - The site admin and founder. How do I change it so it is Me, Then th e Global Moderator then the Director of Creativity?
It is simple alphabetical order, however if you want a small secret (without any coding) to move yourself to the top, add an asterisk (*) to the beginning of your rank.
Thanks for your reply, but that doesn't work for me. Do I put a space between the * and the rank? Bacause at the moment there is no effect and when I go to the member list my rank is displayed as *Site Admin
"sort by rank" means "sort ALPHABETICALLY by rank", not by priority. You can just rename your rank to "Admin" or "1 Site Admin" if it's that important to you.

If I sort your memberlist by rank, I get
Normal users (rank=blank)
Administrator
Global Moderator
Head Creative Director
If I sort your memberlist by reverse rank, I get
Head Creative Director
Global Moderator
Administrator
Normal users (rank=blank)
i.e. it's always alphabetic, as expected.
As you specified "descending order", you need to come last alpebtically to be at the top of that list, so renaming the Rank to "Site Administrator" would do it.

Ok, So I've followed your advice but still to no prevail. I know on another phpBB3 forum I go on, the members sort by Decending Rankings goes: Gamemaker (Founder/Admin) Head Peacekeeper (Administrator) Peacekeeper (Global Mod) and then the rankings go by the most posts. So maybe I need to be looking at it being sorted by group? I don't know really
I just tried to look again, but your test account is no longer working.
