GitHub is better, but i think we need more time to learn git.

We have already seen a few translators take the hurd to learn Git[....]

Maybe somebody can translate that for me. What's a "hurd"? m-w.com doesn't recognize it, Wikipedia says that it's a replacement for the Unix kernel (but that doesn't make sense here) and I couldn't think of a typo that made sense, either.

it is a typo IMHO, that should be http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/hurt
