Looking for a php (phpbb) script to do subdomain automations

I was wondering if there's a script that you know of that would enable the automatic:

1- Subdomain creation
2- Ftp set up to access that Subdomain
3- Phpbb3 installation with chosen style on said subdomain
4- Email sent to the registered email, with acp/ftp logins and password.

Is there something that any of you know that works like that?

I found a hosting script that you need to purchase for searching google 1 minute.

There are many for free as well, but all of them are german (at least the ones i found).

here is one on phpbb.com. The site where you can download it from the author is no longer available, but I think you can find it searching on google.
