open overall_header.html

find:

Code: Select all

<li class="icon-home"><a href="{U_INDEX}" accesskey="h">{L_INDEX}</a>
on a new line above it, add:

Code: Select all

<li><a href="../">Home</a>
of course, change the link to whatever you want it to be and the word "Home" to whatever you want to appear on the page.

Code: Select all

<ul class="linklist navlinks">
					<li><a href="www.test.com">Test</a>
					<li class="icon-home"><a href="{U_INDEX}" accesskey="h">{L_INDEX}</a>

Like that? But noting appear on page. Is it the phpBB3/styles/prosilver_se/template/over_all_header.htm file to edit?

no, you have to get the link right:

Code: Select all

<li><a href="www.test.com">Test</a>
should be:

Code: Select all

<li><a href="http://www.test.com">Test</a>
also, after you make the edits you have to refresh the template in the admin panel styles section.

by the way, you are downloading the file to your computer and editing it with a text editor , then uploading back aren't you?

if not, it won't work.
