SID problem can't access to ACP

Hi all,

I just realized today that in both phpBB3 3.0.8 installs running on same shared hosting sarver I can't suddenly access to ACP.
Whenever I try, browser is hanging after ACP login.
I do suspect that hosting might have changed some setting of feature on the server, so I started a service ticket.
Where do you think the problem could be and what they might have changed ?

Hello all

I am running on a dedicated server but am having the exact same issues. It is very slow to respond using the ACP link. Even after a server restart

Can you access is via administrating a user.. ? that works for me but then it locks up and hangs again!

I had upgraded one of the two forums to new 3.0.9 so I thought that the problem might be there.
I realized that I could not access to ACP also in the other forum which was still running with 3.0.8.
Then my thoughts went to a wrong changed server setting ...
I will ask the solution to this problem to the help desk so that maybe you can use same settings on your dedicated server.

I also got the exact same thing. Got the mail that 3.0.9 is out, wanted to go to the admin panel to update, but I can't login. Both forums give me this message (after loading for a while) when trying to go to the admin panel:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, xxx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Btw. I don't know too much about hosting/servers etc. you're all mentioning, only know I'm hosted at dreamhost.com

Can't access the ACP neither, after I flushed the cache

Deleted the cookies, logged out, logged in, tried other browsers with no cache history from that site, but no.
Can't access the Account Control Panel anymore.

UPDATE: After I changed the 'hide online' from YES to NO , logged out, sarted a new browsersession, logged in again, I was able to get back in the ACP.

I am always visible in my two boards but I cant' anyway access to ACP.
My hosting is checking, will let you know if they find a solution.

I'm also not able to acces the ACP, on thi morning I was able. Now it's just loading and loading....

Honestly I have not tryed to login to ACP since from 1 month at least but last time it was perfectly working.
I tryed today but invain, no luck.
This is very odd.

Just for trying, change the state to invisible, logout, restart browser-session (new screen for example), and try to log in. Who knows it toggle's something
