I've used phpBB for several years and I have often had to ask for help with sometimes simple issues. For that, and the time and patience of those who (and there are many) have put up with my problems I say, a very heartfelt, "Thank you!"

Also, the people who have supplied the Mods...Thank you all, as well.

One time a support person found that I had accidentally used a square bracket [ where it should have been a curly bracket { in some code in one of my files.

My poor old eyes couldn't even read Notepad++ well enough to see it, until the support person found it and called it to my attention. They've helped with dumb mistakes and with complicated issues too. phpBB support is AWESOME.

Having used phpbb for a number of years I thought it was about time to thank those all involved in providing the software that enables all us who have no such ability whatsover

I'm so happy that I changed from SMF to phpBB it has so many more functions and the support is amazing. After trying so many different programs for communities I wanted something I could easily use and learn. I will recommend phpBB to any one who asks whats the best free program.

This really is not support but all about support. Many times I have needed help and found someone here willing and more than capable to help me out of the many issues that have arisen.
