proBoot is just a style, which is under development. So I think this post is in the appropriate place. Correct me if I am wrong :)

The title of this forum is [3.0.x] Styles in Development. The title of the main category is phpBB 3.0.x. You state your style is for phpBB 3.1, which is discussed on the area51 board and not here.

Does this style work on the latest release of phpBB3.0.x? If so, then never mind. Otherwise, consider yourself corrected. ;)
