Coding complete for light version. There is a fair amount of documentation to write, specifically for the features in the style (most aren't listed in the original post).

Will release once documentation complete.

it already looks like a "site". it looks like a bulletin board site.

maybe if you could explain exactly what you mean or show us an example site or something, we could help you achieve what you are after.

That is probably custom made.
Better look for a CMS - phpBB integration like MODx or WordPress
