I hadn't visited my forum for a while, and now notice there is no longer a place to check for staying logged in. Can I get that back somehow?

Assuming your style has the code for that, the only setting controlling that is the first one on the Security Settings page: Allow persistent logins.

Oh boy, problems already. I don't find a Security Settings page.

I have General, Forums, Posting, Users and Groups, Permissions, Styles, Maintenance, System.

Found it, already set to "Yes" for persistent log-ins. The option doesn't even appear by the login boxes anymore. A lot of things on my board have never worked, but that wasn't one of them until yesterday's visit.
