Does anyone know how the Admin can delete comments?

Give the admin permissions. It's a forum permission, so go to Group Forum Permissions, choose the group Admin, choose the forums, and set the permission for deleting comments to Yes

There I only find these premissões:
Can delete own comments.
Can edit own comments
Can send comments

Oops.

Go to "Global moderators" under Global permissions and choose Admin. The Can delete comments should be there.

installed this mod at my phpbb3 board. and have one problem: after submitting of comment a page don't refresh. and cannot see last posted comment. only after refreshing page I can see last posted comment in post.

It's supposed to appear automatically; it's AJAX.
