This is a port of the phpBB version 3.0.x Mod ACP Add User that will allow admins of a phpBB 3.1.x forum to add users.

Installation:

1. Copy the entire contents of the repository to phpBB/ext/phpbbmodders/adduser
2. Navigate in the ACP to Customise -> Extension Management -> Extensions.
3. Click Enable.

Thank you Rich this is a very useful extension for one of my board, just installed it on my test board. Can't test the email there, but adding the user works fine In what stage is this BETA or RC?

I was testing it a bit and was surprised, that I can add user into group "guests", so he/she will be member of groups "guests" and "registered users".
