As title. An option to make chosen bbcodes on the posting forms visible to Admin and/or Moderators only.

Hi, with 3.1 you can select which group's can use a BBCode when making it. These options are just above the "Submit" button

Are you sure it's not some sort of extension you have?

Ha, that's odd...

I have the Advanced BBCode Box installed, that's the only extension I can think of that might give that function, I'll have a look

Edit: Yes, sorry about that, it's something featured in the Advanced BBCode Box Extension - that just proves how much attention I give things
