There is no need, apart from being tidy, to delete extensions if they have been disabled and had their data deleted.
Why do you need to disable all extensions in one go?

Instead of posting a bunch of smilies and expecting everyone to know what your talking about (apart from the title), why not explain why such options would be beneficial?
