I have updated but error, all forums can't show avatar, so I just delete it.
And add: old version.

Now, problems are:
- Show avatar: http://cailuongvietnam.vn/forum/viewforum.php?f=5
- no show avatar: http://cailuongvietnam.vn/forum/viewforum.php?f=6

Mean: some forums OK, but some forum can't show avatar...

Best would be 2 ext in one : and admin can choose which avatar to display : author or last poster :p

From what I can tell, this extension needs some work.

The biggest problem is that the avatar is retrieved for each row individually. That means 1 extra query for each row. This increases the amount of queries significantly, and can make your board much slower.

I would suggest that you collect all the first-poster user-IDs and query the DB for the avatars in a single query.

It requires a bit more complex code, but I don't think the extension team will validate your extension in its current form.
