By default, all [url]s in phpbb3 open in the same window.
I wish for [url]s posted in my board to open in a new window.

How can I achieve that?

Or rightclick them so users have a choice.

I really needed links opening in new windows. I followed the instructions written in knowledge base - and new windows work perfectly. BUT:
I have lost every language preferences on the admin controll panel! My hungarian preference is lost.
Only the code view can be seen in the menu (something like this:
... * ACP_CAT_GENERAL
* ACP_CAT_FORUMS
* ACP_CAT_POSTING
* ACP_CAT_USERGROUP
* ACP_CAT_PERMISSIONS
* ACP_CAT_STYLES
* ACP_CAT_MAINTENANCE
* ACP_CAT_SYSTEM...)
Otherwise forum work well in hungarian.

Please help!

you must have made some doozy of a mistake. there is nothing in the process of doing those edits that could
cause that problem that I can think of.

that is a language file problem and changing those other files does not affect the language files.

what else where you doing?

what are you using to edit files and what are you using to transfer them to and from the server?
