it works but I can't figure out why. the only change I see that it makes is putting the search box in the navbar. where does it remove it from the header?

robert

Code: Select all

'S_IN_SEARCH' => true,
that turns the search off in the header ;)

It works just as I expected on the three styles I've tried it on, good job! :)

Just needs a bit of work to make it W3C (html5) valid

Code: Select all

Where does it fall down? (not being a W3C expert, or any kind of expert come to that) The bulk of the code it lifted straight from overall_header.html

It's my experience W3C and the checkers people use aren't always that accurate.
