Posting templates for mods/admins

Post by Holger »

Hi there,

I would like to make life easier for my mods and co-admins.
I would like to provide them a dropdown where they can select predefined answers and messages (for PMs and posts).
It would be perfect if they could create the message-templates by themselves in the UCP.

Does such an ext already exist?

But yeah, I think you know...
It can take a looong time until it will come, so I will let others do that if there are any :D

If you're a firefox user there's an addon that sort of does that

Actually it is on line 30, the extension list starts on line 16 of my file. And everything until 24 is done already, so.. :P

KevC idea looks nice though as some kind of workaround. But for it would not work, cause I am using my board on different computers and different devices, and need that on all of them.

May I ask if you have any idea how this extension will look like?

The Post Model MOD can only be managed from the ACP? When this can be managed, for example, out of the MCP that would be great.

This is the last hurdle for me before I am able to upgrade.
Seeing it on your list is awesome news. :D

Hello,

I want to use this mod on my forum but it's no longer usable on phpbb 3.1, it would be really nice if someone want to continue this project. :)

I hope that a kind soul will devote :geek:

Hi,

Currently there is already a [RC] version of the models available from another developer.
