[RC] Hide BBcode

After some thinking; I don't really see why deleting the data would be a problem. Or have you seen otherwise? Probably you could copy back the old extension, deactivate both & delete data from both, then re-install the new one. As far as I know, the bbcodes aren't touched by deleting the data. Note however that, if you want to do this, it could be wise to make a backup of your database beforehand .

I just want to bring to your attention that the Extension "Topic Preview" ignores the rules of this BBcode. So if the [hide] is at the top of the post, it will show what is in the [hide][/hide] bbcode.

Thanks for noting that nero. I will look into it, but at the earliest this will be 2-3 weeks from now. I shall also edit the initial post, regarding other extensions.

I had to take a good look at what he meant, but he was saying that in the Topic Preview you can disallow certain BBcodes in the ACP. (so it wont show what is inside of [hide][/hide])

I tested it right before to be sure, and it does not display parts between those codes. If you see display no img it also won't display the link from the image between. Also you can test if you have hidden command. Putting this inside the configuration it also did not show up text between.

@nero/Miri4ever: Ah great. So when configured in the right way, the topic preview extension does not give away any information that should be hidden by the [hide] codes? Can I add the extension to a 'safe list'?
