Not if all installed extensions are secure.david63 wrote:Is there not a potential security issue with showing everyone which extensions are installed?
No I don't think that anyone is interested in that. But someone requested this extension and I had some time so I builded it.david63 wrote:Also are users really interested?

Good idea, I will add a permission in the next version.Mauron wrote:It may be a futile feature request but what about a permission to see the list?
I had a simple post with a list of all extensions/modifications in my forum. I think that would be enough.Lumpy Burgertushie wrote:what about the admin take a screen shot of the extension list in the admin panel and post it on the board if they want everyone to be able to see the list. ( I have no idea why anyone would care other than maybe if they have a board and want to use them on their board etc. )

Yes I have to rework my version check system.Miri4ever wrote:The Update Check of this exentsion points me to a wrong exentsion and wrong version number. Pointing me always to failed logins extensions.
The version check has been not yet fixed as I can see into the last commit.Miri4ever wrote:The update check still shows newest version is:
Neueste Version 1.1.0-RC2
because it still navigate to the phpBB 3.1.x Failed logins extension instead of extensions list 0.1.2
Jessica wrote:Perhaps make it more like the MOD database mod -- have an option to checkmark those as "admin only", meaning only admins/founder can see the extension
I guess Jessica meant to mark some installed extensions as private i. e. to check whether an extension can be listed in this public list or not.Lumpy Burgertushie wrote:admins and founders can already see the extension list that is default in phpbb.
I believe this makes a list that normal users can see.
