Looks like the Aero theme works in 3.1.6. Also, the notifications are now highlighted.

I'll like to use 2 extentions but they don't look like good in your style

Il faut installer Upload Extensions avant pour que tu puisse l'installer sans problème et sans faire de modifs à la main

Non pas besoin tu installes l’extension que je t'ai donné et tu peux installer les extensions plus complexe comme celles la.

your tools frederic14123 don't change the style integration into Aero Style

i need to add css properties custombg and customborder from Aero into the 2 extention for a good display

i don't know how to change css extention to do that

You have to go in the style of the extension directory and create a folder there and aero paste fichires contained in the extension prosilver folder. And do the same for the other colors of aero if you kept them.
