Performs conversions of PHP Fusion to phpBB 3.1 stepped on phpbb 3.0.12.
As a guest, I see the sections and posts, but as an administrator is logged in the message "No Forum"
I am so I think phpbb and advanced user permissions are set correctly.
Where to find the cause?

you have to set permissions for seeing forums. a category will not show up unless there is at least one forum under it.
by default, nobody has any permissions to see anything. being admin does not give you permissions to do anything but go into the admin panel.
make sure you are in the registered user group as well as the admin group and make sure you are NOT in the newly registered user group.
