User notifications are not working

I see that my Manage Subscriptions has updated topics, but I don't have notifications. I always had notifications so I assume this is a 3.2 issue.

Yes, I've also experienced this issue on phpbb.com.
But I have email subscriptions too.
And there's another problem: an email is sent after any reply disregarding the fact that I haven't read the certain topic yet.

BTW board notifications on Area 51 work OK.

Yes, we've been having some trouble with notifications on here as of recently.

I hope this gets fixed. I never even received a notification for this topic. I did for one topic and I have like four others with no notification.

Fix it yourself - go to your User Control Panel and set the notifications

How? All I see is the option to mark all read which I have done and notifications still aren't fully working.

He meant to give you the Manage notification options link.
