In mobile phones the browser width is commonly below 700px.
That is exactly what happens when you open your site at a width of less than 700px
Thanks for that link, really helpful. I see what you mean now.david63 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 02, 2017 1:02 pmThat is exactly what happens when you open your site at a width of less than 700px
If you are trying to see how your site will look at different resolutions then you are going about it the wrong way - try using something like http://wpbeaches.com/responsive/
It should work with all browsers - are you having problems with a specific browser?
Please see the second post in this topic and provide the details
I have the responsive logo enabled. Emulating a mobile device with Chrome's Inspect (as iPhone 6), the phpBB logo appears before it's removal in responsive mode. The phpBB logo is visible long enough to be disruptive to my readers. This is a localhost test environment, there is no network connection delay.javiexin wrote: ↑Wed Feb 01, 2017 10:12 pmSame comment applies here.javiexin wrote: ↑Mon Jan 30, 2017 2:58 amWhat you are seeing is a consequence of the way the extension is coded.
These days, both browsers and networks are faster, so usually you will barely see a glitch.
In my view, no way to fix this without major rewrite to avoid JS. Don't know if it is worth it...
I think it is good as is...
Code: Select all
<a id="logo" class="logo" href="http://localhost/" title="Home"><span class=""></span></a>
That's fine by me. If this extension does not do what you want then by all means do not use it. It does what I want it to do for my board and, basically, that is all that I need.
