firs question, is your site version is 3.2.0 ?
if your answer is "yes" ==> Download any style from viewforum.php?f=581
these styles are for phpbb 3.2.0
then unzip the style folder
then open folder (there is a folder in it with same name but there is no version number)
upload this folder (with no version number) to your site's style folder with FTP (may be Filezilla etc).
than open your site's ACP, click to Customise tab.
you will see at left side "Style Management"
you can activate your style from there.

Can you post a screencap of what you see in your /styles folder please?
Do not you want to log in and watch yourself instead?

Yes it is latest version, have done just as you enter, but nothing happens. Unfortunately, I have somehow managed to hurt a lot that I do not know now how to restore!

as far as I know, there is no 3.2 version of that milky way style. it is only for 3.0.12

that means that you can't install it at all in 3.2 or even in 3.1

it won't show up even when you put it in the correct place.

also, as long as you keep going crazy and wiping out your board and starting over when you have a simple problem, you are never going to learn anything and you are never going to have a board that works properly.

when you have a probelm, you come here and as for help as you have been doing, however, you are supposed to be patient and read the instructions you are given and follow them exactly and answer the questions in detail that we ask you etc.

this is just a bulletin board, yours is not even know to the public yet but you act like everything is an emergency.

slow down, follow instructions and read read read.

luck,
robert

Go to Customization DB - Board styles and look at the right side:

It was not many themes to choose from that work together with the latest version.

Patience. phpBB 3.2 was only released at the beginning of the year. It takes time for style developers to update their styles and get them through validation.

In future please read and comprehend what people are telling you. The instructions for using styles, the fact that your 3.0.x style was incompatible with 3.2 and that board and style versions must match was explained to you 23 posts ago.

If I want a custom theme at the top where it says phpBB instead myforum.com. Is it more coding then?
