Forum crash

Post by Itiswrittenkjv1611 » Thu Jun 01, 2017 3:57 pm

my forum at kjvforum.com, if the page is left on for too long it will crash. I am not sure how long it takes to crash but it takes a while. For example if I have other tabs open and don't go back to the forum for a while, I will return to see that it has crashed. It crashes on google chrome and firefox. Is there any way to fix this? maybe it has to do with my coding, my menu? Maybe I just have too much going on? Not a huge problem but would be nice if there were no crashes. Thanks

was also wondering if an auto refresh page option would be an easy resolve if that was even possible but probably not a good idea

When you say "crash" .. can you be more explicit? (freezing, cycling or other event).

All the best,
Cal :)

Seems ok on safari and chrome here.

Does it only happen when logged in?

Perhaps. I mean I am logged in. I am using the desktop style on my website which is SE Gamer Style. It seems to happen on my topic pages after you let them rest for a while.

I have not tested to see if it crashes with the different styles.

That message is a browser message, so I would imagine that this is a browser issue.
