There was also some development work discussed in phpBB • [ABD] we_universal - phpBB 3.2.0, but since the topic is marked as [Abandoned] that doesn't bode well for future work on this style.

if the people at xeronix are not going to update and maintain the style, I would be careful about using it.
also there seems to be some confusion on that page as to what the actual version of the style is.
one place it says for 3.2 two other places, it says for 3.1

thanks for the link, but you can download version 3.2.1, I'm interested in version 3.2.2
