Can you tell me here or in private the sites please?warmweer wrote: ↑Fri Feb 23, 2018 10:41 am With a quick search I found at least 5 offering free hosting with at least 10 GB dataspace, 100 GB traffic, PHP, MySQL etc..
Since it's free you could always try them out (which you would have to do with any suggestion from here anyway). You can't lose anything with trying.
Some do, some don't.
There used to be some very good free hosts. I say "Free", clearly they were paid for by the advertising. I wonder why that model doesn't work any more.Lumpy Burgertushie wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 1:18 am you are making this way to hard.
free hosts are normally not a good idea. they tend to disappear over night and you lose your board.
I think you have unjustified confidence in my abilities...if you are just going to install a board to show to a customer, install it on your computer.
Yes, that's an obvious answer, but it's clearly better to start with a host we can stick with.or, go ahead and just pick any free host that has php and mysql and do your demo for your customer.
That may be a sensible option.
