in phpbb3.2.2:
Drop list doean't work in ACP>Permissions>Group forum permissions in rtl Languages (Arabic)

but when switch to English it works:

It is a known bug. Fixed is 3.2.3 rc1

you probably shouldn't. it is still in development. notice the "rc1" that means it is just the first release candidate.. it may have several changes to the code before it is an offical release.

Instead admin can change his language to English to do the
permission.

I think 3.2.3 will be released in month 5.
