quote display problem icon covering full post

i have a problem when i quote on my board, the quote icon is covering all written post and can't able to read it.
please tell me how to solve this problem

i did nothing its a new board, tried refreshing cache its not browser problem, tried with mobile also

replaced prosilver theme with phpbb download package still not solved.

Disable all of your extensions and see if the problem goes away. If it does re-enable them one at a time until you find the culprit.

Disabled all extensions and tried to quote it working fine, then enabled extensions one by one with testing quote.
problem found on vector icons extension
