Ajax chat with phpbb3 on BBoots style

I need help reagarding the ajax chat extention as i m using phpbb3.1 and my theme is BBoots i have installed this extention it works fine on the pro silver style but on BBOOTS THEME IT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON THE INDEX it is not working with it can anyone please help me with this issue
