that is usually caused by an out of date style.
did you really download the full package from here for 3.2.3 ?
go ahead and download it and unzip it on your computer then upload all the included files/folders to your server except for the config.php file and the folder named install
purge the cache and refresh your browser and see what happens.
I downloaded it directly from the downloads tab on this site. So it can't be an out-of-date style problem.
EDIT: I used to have a 3.1 board at domainname/board I started experimenting with 3.2 by uploading it to domainname/board2 Then I decided to get rid of the 3.1 board and just keep the 3.2 So I deleted both the "board" and the "board2" folders, deleted my database and user, set up a new database and user with the same names as the old two, created a new "board" folder, and uploaded 3.2 to that. I noticed no css display errors at all when I was just experimenting with 3.2 in the "board2" folder, but now I've uploaded it to a new "board" folder, I'm getting these errors.
