There is a problem with Safari, the cookies policy accepting banner does not disappear by clicking the "accept" button.
Appears again on every visit.
Further to your PM I agree that this is not working on your site with Safari on an iPad. I suspect that this is probably to do with something else on the site - another extension, language pack, code changes, redirect

I am still not able to resolve this issue.
I confirmed that everyone uses all Apple devices (iPhones, Mac desktops, ipads) even using another browser (e.g. chrome) cannot close the cookies policy frame. Even via safari from windows pc.

I tried it to a new forum, in a separate subdomain, to the same server, with the same exactly extensions, the same settings, the same language pack (utf-8) and works normally.

What could be causing this strange behavior?

Sorry but I do not have a clue as to what the problem is.

If it works on a "new" install on the same server etc. then there is something blocking it on your other site

Both links seem to have different versions? One has RC6 and one RC7? Is there a particular one of them we should be using?

I had some users complaining about the cookie policy and not being able to click on the accept link.
Since I had the setting that all links were disabled until accepted, they couldn't do anything.
I couldn't reproduce that issue myself. But to be safe I turned the disable all links setting off.

I also had someone complaining that the cookie banner was not clearly visible because if was over the header image.
I lowered that a bit, so it stands out more.

I want to thank you for the great extension, it gives me piece of mind to know we are now GDPR compliant because of it.
