Thank you guys!!
I'm trying recover my forum after smbd hacked it and looks like this smbd had an access to DataBase directly. I've found some extra users with founder rights (=3) and with permissions = 2 (like bots). So first I've removed all those users directly from DB and than figured out, that forum does not work after it. I've recovered it again, gave permission 0 to all extra users and removed all bot's just in case, but forum was not working after it also. So thank's, you've explained, I should not remove them directly from DB.
WIll I have any problems if I give permission 0 to all bots directly in DB (after further recover)? ..just blowing on the water
One more question. There is specific rule which user should have ordinal number "1" in the table or I can give it to any random user?
Also advise please, there is coding in column of password. If I want to change password for some users, what should I put in the cell? By doing that and putting random e-mail, I want to prevent those users from further penetration and using those Nicknames (again may be just blowing on the water) .

The incident team dealing with your hack should be guiding you on doing this. You ought to post in your incident ticket about it.
I've filed a request, but not sure if I can help those guys and not sure the guys can help me, so right now I'm just trying to recover it myself and clearing some info.
This is why you don't want to mess around in that table.
The anonymous account is used by everyone is is not logged in and should be in the guest group only.
ID2 is the person who installed the board
Accounts 3-47 are the standard installation search engine bots used to control how your site gets indexed. You should keep these.
The first real account by a registered user is ID48
That's why I started off by asking you to explain what you're wanting to do rather than what you think you should be doing.
