it seems to be a problem with your ssl settings and cookie settings.

do you have a ssl certificate installed on the server?

if not, then you need to turn off cookie secure.
if so, then there is something wrong with the way it is setup.

check to see if you have cloudfare turned on in the hosting control panel. if so, turn off the ssl part of it or ask your host how to set it up properly.

Your ssl seems ok but you need to enable cookie secure.

Something else that often works in such situations is renaming the cookie. Just changing the last letter is enough.
