Upgrade 3.2.1 -> 3.2.7 not connecting ACP

I updated the forum from 3.2.1 to 3.2.7. (php 7.1)
After the upgrade, the administrator (founder) ACP panel will no available.
Admin user_type 3.
What could be the problem?

That sounds as if your server permissions are incorrect.

Look at your server logs for more information as to exactly what the problem is.
