This has (at this time) been read only 67 times (and how many of those were guests?), so you can't really expect much reaction yet.
Also you'll have to explain exactly what you want.
Does this mean a whole post, or part of the part of the post? Is it permission related? a forum permission? or just something which could be applied to singular posts?
Also, I envisage that a post like that could attract a lot of nonsense replies just to be able to see the contents (one can't really reply to or about something invisible). added: Yep, as per david63

A newly added topic is visible (if the permissions allow it).
How will posting (an invisible) link in another post help to see the new topic (they need the permissions to see the topic so it's already visible, or am I missing something)?

It's not quite clear to me what you mean with this "extension".
But if it's Hide BBcode you need, then yes as it's not part of default phpBB.
BTW ABBCodebox has a Hide BBcode (requiring being registered to read the content hidden by the BBcode).

What I'm talking about is not visibility after registration. Let me give an example. There is a link in the topic and a reply must be written to see this link. After you write a reply, the hidden text will be opened.
