Uploaded install and vendor folders.... install not working

I upgraded to the latest software
The instructions on my site said to upload the install and vendor folders to the root of my site and point my browser to the install. All I get is the directory.

My site is down. Am I doing something stupid?

looks like the upload was not complete.

How are you uploading your files and folders?
Your program "forgot" most of the files.

Thanks for the response and looking. Filezilla. My Dreamhost ISP kept timing out there were so many files. So I uploaded separate directories. Not sure maybe I have to contact Dreamhost so I can get everything up.

Check the link posted above. You need to upload a heck of a lot more than just those 2 folders.

are you trying to upload the files using your dreamhost cpanel file manager?

there are usually no file limits if using a real ftp program like filezilla etc.
