Well some people have issues with opening my website.

I can open it with Google Chrome, but it cant be open with firefox. Does someone know why?

Well some people have issues with opening my website.

It seems fine to me using safari both mobile and desktop and FF desktop with or without the portal. I notice you have cookie secure disabled, that needs enabling as your using ssl. See Knowledge Base - Fixing incorrect cookie settings.
What setting have you got for "Enable URL Rewriting" under server settings in the ACP?
Try browsing to the board and portal without app.php in the url, does that make any difference?
Do you see any error messages?
Presumably this is a free host?

One thing to note is that your styles are not compatible with your version of phpBB and your portal is also out of date.
Whether these are part of the problem I would not know but I would suggest that you update them to remove the possibility of them creating the problem.
