Hello I have an old forum which I just updated.

Is it possible to add a link to homepage on the forum?

Yes, phpBB has a native 'homepage' option which will add a 'Home' link to the navbar.

Developed topics read the forum? I wanted to ask again to check the layout of the topic on mobile devices. The size on the main page and the indentation of the text inside do not quite correctly change.
