What is the quickest way to use emojis in 3.3 (topic text and titles)?

Is there a supported extension?

Using Google Chrome on a desktop computer:

Right click > Emoji - brings up an Emoji keyboard.

Did not know that, thank you! Firefox? I know there is an "Emoji Cheatsheet" add-on aka "Emoji Helper" for FF and chrome

There are numerous FireFox extensions available for Emoji input: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... ws&q=emoji

Also, there are web-based keyboards such as this one: https://emojikeyboard.io/ (no endorsement offered - just picked the first good looking one from a Google search).

In Windows 10 there’s a universal emoji keyboard so, presumably, that keyboard is available to all browsers, email and word processors etc. that support emoji?

so from language\en\acp\permissions_phpbb.php text below means that emoji can be generally used in topics and topics' title? I am not sure about this part

-> rich text characters in topic title
