Presumably you don’t have a back up? You can try Knowledge Base - Rebuilding Your config.php File or asking your host, they should have those details and I would have thought your host would have emailed those details to you in the first place. The phpBB config.php is in the board root btw.

in that list you posted, you are looking in the wrong place.

if I am not mistaken bitnami is the program that installs phpbb for you.
in the first place you should install it yourself and not use the once click installs.

once the board is installed you would find the config.php file in the directory you installed it to, not in the directory you installed it from.

before installation that config.php file is blank. after installation it would look something like this:

Code: Select all

<?php
// phpBB 3.3.x auto-generated configuration file
// Do not change anything in this file!
$dbms = 'phpbb\\db\\driver\\mysqli';
$dbhost = '';
$dbport = '';
$dbname = 'yours';
$dbuser = 'yours';
$dbpasswd = 'yours';
$table_prefix = 'phpbb_';
$phpbb_adm_relative_path = 'adm/';
$acm_type = 'phpbb\\cache\\driver\\file';

@define('PHPBB_INSTALLED', true);
 @define('PHPBB_DISPLAY_LOAD_TIME', true);
 @define('DEBUG', true);
 @define('DEBUG_CONTAINER', true);
open it only in a good text editor like notepad++
