Unable to login to my board

I am unable to login to my board at www.newworship.info/phpBB3/
I entered the correct username and password.
Please advise.

Was something changed on your board?
BTW your cookie_domain = oboirodestinyresources.com (missing the leading dot): why not .newworship.info?

I tried to upgrade to phpBB3.3.1 from phpBB 3.3.1 using Softalucous. I discovered that I would have to change my database. I therefore discontinued the attempt. Maybe that curropted the script.
What can I do now to rectify the fault?
I had exported my phpBB3 to my laptop as localhost.sql.

You need to fix the cookie domain first as described above, see: Knowledge Base - Fixing incorrect cookie settings - probably the reason you can’t log in.

Also, don’t use softalicious for anything, do it yourself it’s better and safer, you can always come back here for help.

Follow Mick's advice and also try clearing your browser cache and/or logging in using a different browser. See my own topic on a similar issue:

The knowledge base to correct Cookies requires that I login to access my ACP. My issue is that I am unable to login to my board.

I have also tried to login on different browsers (Edge, Chrome, and Firefox) to no avail.

Yes we know that’s why you were given the correct cookie domain info several posts up. Your cookie domain needs to be .newworship.info, note the leading dot, NOT oboirodestinyresources.com which is probably the reason you can’t log in.

Then you didn’t read the KB article properly as towards the bottom there’s “ 2. A special file” for situations where you can’t get in to the ACP.

The headers of the index page do show .newworship.info as cookie_domain using the browser's webinspector but oboirodestinyresources.com shows up with very other tool.

Did you clear browser cookies and cache, and purged forum cache?

You mentioned a failed update (from 3.3.0 to 3.3.1 I take it): if the problem started after that, then my first action would be to restore the backup.

To the first question, I need to login to clear board cache.
To the second question, I am unable to restore the backup I made with Softalucous.

I had backed up the phpBB3 using MySqlAmin. I exported it to my desktop as Localhost (1).sql I tried to export it back and got the attached error message.

Don't use Softalucous

Clear the cache with ftp, remove the two folders from the cache folder.

Redirect http to https

Thank you everyone. My host restored my site from their restore point of the day that I last logged in.

Everything is working fine now.

Sorry; I do not understand the relevance of this about the cookie being still wrong! Everything is working fine on my Board now that it had been restored.

Please read/revisit Knowledge Base - Fixing incorrect cookie settings specifically Example 1.

Basically the board URL is http://www.newworship.info/phpBB3/ so your cookie domain should
be .newworship.info, note the leading dot, NOT oboirodestinyresources.com as it is now, presumably a previous incarnation of your board at http://www.oboirodestinyresources.com at one time which now redirects to an adult site? I’m surprised you’re not getting login errors especially when trying to access the ACP but you say it’s all working as it should so leave it if you wish but remember it for the future.
