I cannot access the permissions section [AUTO SOLVED]

Hi, I am new with phpBb. I have created my subforums, and I can't see them. I understand it is because I have to manage something in permissions. However, when I enter permissions in both Edge and Firefox, it takes me to a blank page. I don't know if this is due to a hosting problem or not. My hosting is HYPER PHP


HTTP ERROR 500


What can I do? thanks and best regards.
