Correct the information after the soft delete of Topics

Hy,

The Language variable TOPIC_DELETED_SUCCESS have the content "The selected topic has been successfully removed from the database." but this variable will also used in the case of soft delete of a topic. But in this case the Topic is not deleted from the database but only hidden.

Please correct this in the language file or split the variable in the core to different cases (soft delete or database delete)

Also in TOPICS_DELETED_SUCCESS.

If that will be splitted, the following language variables are also affected:
POST_DELETED_SUCCESS, POSTS_DELETED_SUCCESS, TOPICS_DELETED_SUCCESS and TOPIC_DELETED_SUCCESS

This is not an idea but possibly a bug and should be reported in the Bug Tracker

I have asked in the german forum what should be the best way and they have send me to the Ideas.
Should I create an Issue in the Area51 Bug Tracker (Jira)?
