Do you think somebody is trying to tell you something

Cannot answer your question as I never have to log in - although the site is running slow - again!

Well, when a freshly refreshed form comes up as "invalid," and this happens multiple times, there's got to be a cause.

Edit: And right after I submitted this post, I got logged out. Would think it's my browser, but this is happening on multiple devices.

phpBB.com Keep getting logged out + Submitted form invalid

Post by [Dimetrodon] »

This isn't a new issue I'm having, as it's been happening for several days now, but I sometimes keep getting logged out randomly when browsing this site and getting "the submitted form is invalid" multiple times when trying to log in, even when the form was refreshed less than 10 seconds ago. Sometimes getting logged out when I'm in the middle of writing a post. This has been happening on multiple devices and on multiple browsers, so I do not think it's my browser cache. Any idea what can be causing this? Sometimes it works fine, but when this problem occurs, it's very annoying.

Edit: Just happened again soon after submitting this post. Multiple times.

This is the only phpBB board I'm having this problem on.

Seems to be working fine now. I don't know what happened.

Edit: Spoke too soon.

I did get that earlier today, but it seems to be working fine for me now.

I don't know if it is connected but I do find at random times that this site runs slow

This is now a constant companion, I’ve had two or three this morning. Also, since yesterday, I’ve noticed a general slow down particularly after clicking submit.

Open a topic in same window or in another tab.. same thing can be experienced, but haven't seen any random logouts.

I have seen 408s but very rarely. I think it's the same issue but is for some reason effecting us differently.

Perhaps you should create a Bug report

Are bug reports for server problems? This strikes me as a problem with the server itself as opposed to bugs due to phpBB.

Yes - if you tag the bug as "website"

Thank you both. I have absolutely no idea how I forgotten about the reporting of site bugs.
